PEXA and Muve Announce Strategic Partnership to Advance the Modernisation of UK Conveyancing

PEXA, the world-leading digital property exchange platform, and leading UK conveyancing firm Muve have announced a new strategic partnership to support the modernisation of the conveyancing process and help drive innovation across the property industry.

Under the collaboration, Muve will use the PEXA platform for selected client completions. The partnership will also examine how the technology could benefit larger law firms by improving the customer and referrer experience, as well as exploring how PEXA could integrate with existing law firm systems to deliver more secure and reliable processes at an industry-wide level.

For Muve, this partnership forms part of a broader technology strategy that focuses on enhancing its own customer platform while integrating effectively with major third-party solutions. The collaboration will also assess the potential for PEXA to reduce risks in the conveyancing process and to drive down related insurance costs. Muve’s involvement directly supports PEXA’s collaborative and industry-led approach to refining and expanding its proposition.

This new initiative builds on the strong existing relationship between the two companies. Together, they successfully launched PEXA UK’s remortgage offering in 2022 with the first digital remortgage, followed by the completion of the first fully digital property transaction in June 2025.

The announcement follows the launch of PEXA’s full proposition in the UK, adding its Sale & Purchase capability to its established remortgage platform. This expansion supports PEXA’s mission to make all property transactions in the UK safer, more secure and more certain for everyone involved. For Muve, it presents an opportunity to further strengthen its innovative ‘Lightspeed’ conveyancing product, which aims to help customers achieve agreed exchange and completion dates more quickly.

Joe Pepper, UK CEO of PEXA, said: “Muve has a track record of supporting industry innovation, and its early support has been instrumental in our successful growth in the UK market. This deepened partnership feels like a natural next step for both of us. We share the same commitment to modernising the conveyancing process, and unlocking the potential that digitisation brings. As we rollout our full proposition following the launch of our Sale & Purchase product, we aim to set new standards for efficiency and transparency in the property transaction process, and it will be a pleasure to work with David and his team as we do so.”

David Jabbari, Founder and CEO of Muve, said: “PEXA is a serious force for transformation of outmoded practices in the conveyancing process. We are deeply aligned with PEXA on digital transformation, and this is why we have been close to PEXA from their very first steps into the UK market. Building on our strong foundations together, and the close working relationship with Joe and his team, I firmly believe that this deepened collaboration will not only deliver significant benefits for our clients and partners, but it will also provide valuable insights into how digital settlement can drive real improvements across the industry.”
