Manchester’s Hill Dickinson has been voted the UK’s best employer for flexible recruitment in the 2022 Working Families Best Practice Awards.
The charity event, now in its 13th year, celebrates employers whose practices encourage employee-friendly workplaces.
The firm’s HR director Carolyn Morgan said: “For Hill Dickinson to be recognised as leading the way in terms of our recruitment model is a fantastic achievement, especially as we were up against some tough competition.
“The fact that the judges were particularly impressed by our Returners Campaign also means a great deal to us. This is something we’ve worked hard to develop, and we really are passionate about supporting people to return to the legal profession after a career break. Being a fully flexible employer is at the core of this and that’s why our philosophy is that, as long as client needs are met, the working pattern that suits our colleagues is the one that works for us.”
