Irwin Mitchell is set to open two new offices in Liverpool and Cardiff next month to enhance client experience.
The firm is actively recruiting in the regions ahead of the new bases opening next month.
The new additions bring the total number of UK offices up to 17 and will provide flexible options for clients to meet with the firm’s teams as more people opt for remote working.
Andrew Tucker, Irwin Mitchell’s CEO, said: “Opening in these two new locations is a natural move for us. For our existing clients and contacts in these regions, we’re providing a better experience by moving even closer to them.
“It also allows us to accelerate our growth around both Cardiff and Liverpool and work with even more people and businesses in these areas.
“While our colleagues have successfully embraced our approach to hybrid or flexible working, we recognise the importance of office space, particularly in providing opportunities to meet with our clients and expand our commitment to the local community.’
The firm, which saw its operating profit soar to £73.5 million in the year too April 2021, has also offered to pay staff an extra £900 to help with rising living costs.
