Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has appointed Anna Vangrove as a partner in its Banking and Finance team. Dual-qualified and highly experienced, Anna brings significant UK-wide expertise in real estate, corporate, and energy financing. Her appointment reinforces the firm’s commitment to deepening its finance capabilities across key sectors.
Joining from Shoosmiths where she was a partner and head of the Northern Ireland banking practice, Anna will be based in Burges Salmon’s Bristol office.
Anna will work across Burges Salmon’s Financial Services, Built Environment and Energy & Utilities sector groups to advise international and UK-based corporate borrowers, financial institutions and specialist funders on a broad range of real estate finance, corporate banking and energy finance transactions. Anna is dual qualified in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
