Thomson Snell & Passmore further strengthens its Corporate M&A team with two new appointments

Thomson Snell & Passmore’s award-winning Corporate M&A department has taken a step forward with its growth plans with two key appointments.

Rosie Haines joins as a Senior Associate from PDT Solicitors, where she has spent the last seven years. Rosie has significant expertise in M&A, with a particular specialism in the financial aspects of corporate transactions.

Daniel Gorringe joins as a Solicitor from Gaby Hardwicke Solicitors, where he completed his training contract and then qualified into its corporate team.

Their appointments will add additional strength and depth to Thomson Snell & Passmore’s excellent Corporate M&A team as it continues with its ambitious growth plans.
