Founded in 2017, The DPO Centre has built a 100-strong team delivering expert DPO and related privacy services to over 1,000 clients from its offices across the UK, EU, and North America.
The acquisition enhances Axiom GRC’s portfolio by adding deep expertise to its high-quality technology and advisory solutions, which support businesses of all sizes in managing compliance and risk across multiple areas — including health & safety, employment law, environmental risk, cyber security, ISO certification, enterprise risk, eLearning, and supply chain compliance. This strategic combination of proprietary software and specialist knowledge enables businesses to better navigate today’s volatile and expanding risk landscape.
Axiom GRC continues to pursue an ambitious global M&A programme, with The DPO Centre marking its fourth acquisition since partnering with Inflexion in May 2024. The deal further strengthens Axiom’s portfolio of over 50 compliance products, serving 40,000+ clients and 2 million users worldwide.
With a leading position in the GDPR services market and an expanding international footprint, The DPO Centre operates offices in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Canada, achieving average annual growth of 30% over the past three years.
