Leading UK law firm Freeths has advised Rose Street Partners (RSP) on its acquisition of AGG Electrical Safety Testing Limited.
Founded in 2006 by brothers Andy and Gavin Griffiths, AGG Electrical Safety Testing has grown from a local provider of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) into a nationwide operator offering comprehensive electrical safety and property maintenance services. Headquartered in Chesterfield, AGG now supports clients across the UK and is recognised for its quality, reliability, and commitment to customer service.
The acquisition represents a strategic addition to Rose Street Partners’ investment portfolio, reinforcing its focus on backing well-established businesses with solid operational foundations and long-term growth prospects.
Freeths’ multi-disciplinary team provided legal advice to RSP throughout the transaction. The deal was led by Corporate Partner Francis Dalton, with support from Associate Mia Broomhall. Banking Partner Michelle Wilkinson also worked alongside Francis and Mia, supported by Senior Associate Anna Protheroe and Trainee Edward Dempsey.
