In the Midlands, a leading law firm has helped to complete the purchase of a specialist digital agency.

Wright Hassall, based on Olympus Avenue in Leamington, advised on the legals to conclude the purchase of ImagePlus on behalf of Matt and Tashlien Nunn.

The couple first encountered the firm after employing them to create SoccerPots – an app which allows people to bet on football matches against their friends.

They loved their work so much they decided to invest in the company, which employs 22 team members at its headquarters at Electric Wharf in Coventry and their offices in Manchester.

ImagePlus was established in 1995 and specialises in apps, websites, design and marketing, with clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot and Hammonds Furniture.

Matt is a systems architect by trade, delivering complex technical solutions at an enterprise level, while Tashlien’s expertise is more strategic and operational driven, from working with corporates to small business owners, with business sustainability and growth her forte. ImagePlus founder Alan Hartin will retain a minority stake and continue working for the company as Sales Director.
