Flint Bishop has appointed Brinder Vijsir as its new Head of Technology Innovation, a key hire that strengthens the firm’s focus on leveraging technology to drive operational improvements, enhance client service, and streamline business operations.

Vijsir joins Flint Bishop from Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers, where he served as Head of Technology Change for four years, leading the company’s digital transformation and IT strategy. With over 20 years of experience, Vijsir’s previous roles included serving as Group Senior Business Analyst at Simplify, where he contributed significantly to the company’s IT and digital strategy.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed large-scale digital initiatives, introducing AI-driven strategies to support business growth, implementing case and practice management systems across multiple locations, and rolling out cutting-edge solutions to streamline client services.

With a strong background in project management, change leadership, and IT governance, Vijsir has championed innovative approaches to change management, fostering collaboration and helping teams embrace new technologies.
