Taylor Rose, a fast-growing and innovative law firm, has announced a new round of partner promotions as it continues to invest in talent across its family law, private client, and conveyancing teams.

Of the nine new partners, three are consultants from the firm’s expanding consultancy division, underscoring its commitment to career progression for both employed lawyers and those pursuing the consultancy route.

Earlier this year, parent company AIIC Group reported that the number of fee-earning legal consultants across its brands had grown by more than fivefold (+469%) over the past five years — reflecting the firm’s dynamic growth and modern approach to legal practice.

The firm has also made two promotions to partner in its central services team, an important part of the firm’s corporate structure, which seeks to provide outstanding infrastructure and central support to allow lawyers to focus on delivering quality advice and services to clients.

Company Promotions

• Amy Brazier – Partner and Managing Conveyancing: Amy has been promoted to Partner in the Residential Conveyancing team. She has over 15 years of experience in delivery expertise across a range of conveyancing matters, from unregistered properties to lease extensions. She has been responsible for overseeing the growth of Taylor Rose’s conveyancing operation at its headquarters in Peterborough.
• Narin Nesari – Partner: Narin has been appointed Partner in our Property team.  Narin brings a wealth of experience and expertise in all aspects of Residential Property matters. Her practice covers a broad range of transactions, including property sales and purchases, lease extensions, remortgages, transfers of equity and auction transactions.
• Daljinder Jagdev – Partner: has been promoted to Partner in the Residential Conveyancing team. Since qualifying as a Solicitor just seven years ago, she has grown a significant reputation, successfully advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
• Kim Vernal – Partner and Head of Actions Against the Police: Heading up Taylor Rose’s Actions Against Police team, with over 20 years’ experience in civil liberties, police actions, inquests and judicial review, Kim has led on a number of landmark cases and brought numerous successful challenges against police forces nationwide.
• Hannah Wright – Partner and Head of New Business: Hannah has been promoted to Partner and continues to lead the New Business team as Head of New Business. She has over a decade of experience in the property industry, having worked with some of the UK’s most reputable estate agencies, and has played a key part in driving the firm’s impressive growth into new markets in recent years.
• Hilary Soanes – Partner and Head of Legal Support Operations: Hilary leads the firm’s Legal Support Operation, ensuring fee earners are supported with efficient, high-quality legal services to grow their client base.

Consultant Promotions

• Lucie Wright – Solicitor and Partner: has been promoted to Partner within Commercial and Residential Property.  Lucie brings over 23 years of experience, with a strong track record across commercial and residential conveyancing, portfolio management, development and property finance.
• Paul Antoniou – Solicitor and Partner: Paul has been made a Partner within Private Client and Family Law. With a career spanning over two decades, Paul has wide-ranging experience in both private client and family law matters, specialising in divorce, finance matters, domestic abuse, wills, probate, international marriage, powers of attorney and declarations of trust He is a qualified Notary Public and regularly advises on pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Paul is accredited by Resolution and is a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel.
• Cassey-ann Sharman – Licensed Conveyancer and Partner: Cassey-ann has been promoted to Partner within Conveyancing. She has extensive expertise in a broad range of property transactions, including but not limited to, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, part and remortgages. She works with a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and property investors.
