William Sturges announces Martin Donoghue as new partner

William Sturges is delighted to announce that Martin Donoghue has joined their Westminster law firm as a Partner in their Company & Commercial team.

With over 30 years of experience, Martin has expertise in corporate, commercial and employment law, advising a wide range of clients from serial entrepreneurs to mid-level corporates on shareholders and director service agreements, terms of business, share schemes, employment agreements, restructuring, mergers, disposals and acquisitions.  Combining a passion for both the law and technology, he has specialist expertise in the fintech and medical sectors where he has built up a substantial and loyal following. Martin is also a leading authority on cryptocurrency, advising on the registration of crypto-asset businesses with the FCA and ultra-high value cryptocurrency deals.
