Hire marks expansion of London corporate team and broadens firm’s corporate financing expertise

International legal and professional services firm, Ince, today announces the appointment of Oliver Storey as a Partner in its London corporate team. This hire expands the reach of Ince’s corporate practice with new debt financing expertise.

Ince has responded to evolving client needs by continually enhancing its ability to provide public and private market corporate finance advice and services. The firm brings together professional services with capital raising capabilities for ambitious growth companies, with deep expertise in a range of sectors and jurisdictions.

Oliver brings a wide range of legal experience in London’s corporate finance market, including advising listed and private companies, investment funds, private offices and government departments on their financing needs. His significant fundraising, transactional and M&A experience perfectly complements the firm’s mission to drive value creation for businesses though providing bespoke capital solutions and expert legal advice.
