DWF Supports Bellrock Group in Strategic Acquisition of Summers Inman

DWF has provided legal counsel to Bellrock Group in its recent acquisition of the business and assets of Summers Inman, a respected UK-based consultancy specialising in construction and property services.

Established in 2003 and supported by Sun Capital Partners, Bellrock Group is a market leader in technology-led property solutions. With its headquarters in London, the company has grown substantially through strategic acquisitions and now operates from 11 offices across the UK, employing 1,800 staff. Bellrock is known for delivering integrated, data-informed services that enhance performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximise value across the built environment. Its diverse client base includes NHS trusts, universities, public sector organisations, and major brands such as Costa, Pizza Express, and Marks & Spencer.

Summers Inman brings a well-established track record in providing expert services in quantity surveying, project management, and cost consultancy. The firm operates across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, and residential developments.

DWF advised on all legal aspects of the transaction which marks a strategic milestone in Bellrock’s continued growth, enhancing its technical and professional services capabilities.
