Miura & Partners (‘M&P’) has officially opened a new office in Manila, Philippines, through a strategic alliance with the Philippine law firm Feria Tantoco Daos, marking a significant step in its expansion across Southeast Asia.

Expanding regional support for Japanese companies
Having established offices in Jakarta (Indonesia) in April 2023, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) in April 2024, and Bangkok (Thailand) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) in March 2025, M&P has been providing one-stop legal, taxation, and accounting support for Japanese companies in collaboration with M&P Asia Corporation – a consulting firm specialising in Asia and emerging markets co-founded by M&P in 2021.

Responding to strong client demand, M&P has enhanced its Philippine capabilities by forming a strategic alliance with Feria Tantoco Daos. Established in 1924, Feria Tantoco Daos brings more than a century of expertise in Philippine M&A, finance, dispute resolution, employment law, and other practice areas, with a team of highly skilled lawyers recognised in their fields. Together with M&P Asia Corporation, M&P and Feria Tantoco Daos will deliver one-stop legal, tax, and accounting services to Japanese companies operating or investing in the Philippines – addressing challenges ranging from market entry and M&A to fraud investigations and dispute resolution.
