Law firm Shoosmiths has received accolades for excellence in client service, innovation and technology solutions at a prestigious awards ceremony.

A panel of judges at the 2022 Managing Partners’ Forum awards were impressed with Shoosmiths’ effective approach and solutions in a number of areas.

The firm won ‘Best Enhanced Solutions for Clients’ in the client theme section for its work including mentoring the head of legal at a large group of companies; helping an in-house legal team at a car manufacturer set up an internship programme focusing on diversity and social mobility and improving the internal profile of an in-house legal team in an international logistics company.

‘Best Strategic Reimagination’ was also won for the firm’s innovation. It launched a new business stream called Shoosmiths Connected Services which provides innovative, non-legal solutions to support clients’ needs and helps them work smarter, faster and better.

Shoosmiths won ‘Best New Solutions for Clients’ in the client theme section in recognition of the difference its artificial intelligence (AI) contract review tool has made to clients.

And if that wasn’t enough for one evening, the team then bagged the ‘Best Enhanced Solutions for Clients’ award.
