Higgs’ Clinical Negligence Team Continues To Grow With Four New Appointments

Midlands law firm Higgs LLP has expanded its leading clinical negligence team with four new appointments, bringing with them a diverse range of experience and knowledge.

Charlotte Measures, a respected clinical negligence solicitor, has joined the team as a Legal Director.

Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience in clinical negligence claims, particularly high value and complex cases including birth injury and acquired brain injury claims.

Meanwhile, Sarah Huntbach was appointed as a Legal Director in January. Sarah also sits as an Assistant Coroner for the Derby & Derbyshire area.

She is leading the team appointed by HM Coroner Birmingham & Solihull to investigate deaths of former patients of Mr Ian Paterson, a former practicing Consultant Breast and Vascular Surgeon.

Natasha Alton joined the team as an Associate in March. Natasha has experience in dealing with a variety of clinical negligence cases including those arising from catastrophic injuries, orthopaedic injury and claims arising from a delay in medical diagnosis.

Finally, Sarina Nar has joined as Paralegal having held a similar role at a national firm and will assist the team with a variety of legal tasks.

Clare Langford, who leads the Clinical Negligence Department at Higgs LLP, said: “This is a busy time in the Clinical Negligence team as we continue to grow and develop. I am pleased to welcome Charlotte, Sarah, Natasha and Sarina to the team.
